
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- return your item in the original packaging
- submit your return within 30 days (45 days for Silver & 60 days for Gold Loyalty Club Members) after receiving your package
- only return the wrong/faulty item, if our customer care team asks you to
- do not remove any labels or tags
- return your items in the same condition you received them; unworn, unused, unwashed
- On return all underwear items need to have the clear hygiene strip attached in order to pass the quality check
- Socks can be only returned if they are still in their original packaging
- Damaged, worn or dirty clothing won’t be refunded
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
In order to avoid any delays with your return, please follow the easy steps below:
- Print out your prepaid shipping label and packing slip
- Add your packing slip INSIDE the parcel
- Affix the prepaid shipping label OUTSIDE the parcel
- Drop the parcel off at an eligible drop-off location or schedule a pickup for your parcel with the carrier: https://www.fedex.com/pudo/en-gb/
Please allow 10 additional business days from the arrival and processing of your return for your credit card to reflect on your statement.
The sooner you return your items, the sooner you will receive a refund.
REFUND
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued to the original payment card.
